Choosing and managing your subscription

The plans and what they include, signing up, the right of withdrawal, changing plan, cancelling, invoices and payment method.

Everything happens on the Subscription page of your account. The principle is simple: one subscription covers one site. The prices shown are inclusive of all taxes.

The plans

The plans, their prices and what they include are presented on the Subscription page of your account; the Technical limits link there details the caps for each one (pages, files, products, articles, AI credits). They all offer the same features, and none of them takes a commission on your sales.

Signing up

  1. Choose the plan and the billing frequency: Annual (paid in advance for the year, with free months included) or Monthly (no minimum term).
  2. Enter your billing details: country, currency (fixed as of your first invoice), business or individual, name, company name, company registration number and intra-Community VAT number if you have one, address. A business without a VAT number can continue without one.
  3. Accept the terms and conditions and pay by card, on Stripe’s secure page. The subscription starts immediately.

Changing plan

On the Subscription page, Switch to this plan updates your subscription on a pro rata basis, without a new sign-up. A smaller plan that would leave your account above its limits (too many sites, for example) is blocked before payment, with a list of the steps to take first. Your price is fixed when you sign up: a rise in catalogue prices does not affect you; a reduction is offered to you.

Cancelling

The Cancel my subscription link, at the bottom of your subscription card, stops the payments. The subscription remains active until the end of the period already paid for, and your sites stay online until then. As long as the expiry date has not passed, Resume my subscription cancels the cancellation. What happens next is described in The trial, the end of a subscription and keeping your sites.

Invoices and payment method

  • My invoices lists every invoice and every credit note, with a link to open it.
  • Payment method opens Stripe’s secure portal so you can update your card and your billing details. Cancelling and changing plan, on the other hand, can only be done from WebAcappella.
  • If your card expires, a banner reminds you at the top of your account area: update it so that your subscription continues.
