Connect your domain name

Give your website an address in your name by connecting your own domain, step by step.

Your site is online at its included address on wacapella.com. For an address in your own name (such as monrestau.fr), connect your own domain from the Domain tab of your publishable site. The domain belongs to its slot, so it stays if you put another site online in its place, or if you delete the site. Don't have a domain yet? See Choose and buy your domain name.

Connect a domain you already own

  1. Enter your domain: we’ll provide the exact settings to copy.
  2. Add these settings to your provider’s DNS zone, see DNS Records.
  3. That’s it: we automatically detect your settings and activate the domain, including the security certificate. You’ll receive an email as soon as it’s active.
