Your legal file and your data

Find the version of the terms you accepted, the list of providers who keep the service running, and how to request the deletion of your account.

The Legal file page, at the bottom of the left-hand column next to the public documents (terms of sale, privacy policy, legal notice), brings together everything that binds you to WebAcappella.

The terms you have accepted#

For each document, the Accepted terms card shows the version and the date you accepted it, with a link to that exact archived version. It remains available to view even if our terms change later on.

Providers#

The Providers card lists the companies involved in processing the data of your account and your sites, along with their role and their location: hosting and database in the European Union, file delivery and storage, payments, email sending, AI assistant and translation, invoicing. Any addition is notified to you before it goes live.

The cookies used in your area#

Your WebAcappella area uses one session cookie and two preference cookies (language, currency), all strictly necessary. No advertising cookies, no consent to give. Your published sites, for their part, are covered in Cookies, trackers and legal notices.

Deleting your account#

Write to us from the Contact us page, using your account’s email address: we will delete the account and its sites once confirmed. If you want to keep a copy of your site, download it beforehand from its settings (see The full site copy). An account without a subscription is deleted in any case six months after the end of the trial or the subscription, with prior notice: see The trial, the end of a subscription and how long your sites are kept.
