Explaining an Offer: Key Points, Steps, Benefits, FAQ
The components in the Content category: Key Points, Point List, Steps, Feature Grid, and FAQ. Which one to choose depending on what you want to say.
These components structure an explanation: what you offer, how it works, and the questions people ask you. They are found in the Content category of the palette. All of them are lists: + Add creates an item, Remove deletes it, and the layout adapts to the number of items.
Key points
A series of ticked badges on a single line (“Free quote · No commitment · 2-year warranty”): short texts and an alignment setting. The tick is automatic. Place it beneath a title or a button.
List of points
A detailed vertical list, with each point having an icon, a title, and a text. It is designed to sit alongside an image: set the section’s media column to achieve this. See A section’s background.
Steps
A numbered process (“1. You call us, 2. We visit your home, 3. You receive the quote”): a title and a text for each step. Numbering is automatic and the columns follow the number of steps; on a phone, they stack.
Feature grid
A grid of benefits, each with an icon, a title, and a text, with up to four columns depending on the number. The classic component for “Why choose us”.
FAQ
Expandable questions: one question and its answer per item. All are closed when the page loads; visitors open the one that interests them. An answer can contain bold text and links. See Formatting Text.
