Getting help

The four ways to get an answer: the “?” buttons, this help centre, the editor’s assistant, and a real person via the contact form.

• The “?” buttons in the interface open the article corresponding to what you’re currently doing, without leaving the screen.
• The help centre (the Help link in the left-hand column) brings together all the articles, with a search function. Every article is available in French, English, German and Portuguese.
• The editor’s assistant also answers questions: “what is a section?”, “where do I change the colours?”. It draws on these same articles and takes you to the right place in one click. See The AI Assistant.
• Contact us: for everything else, use the form in the left-hand column. A real person will reply to you, at your account’s email address.
