Digital Products
Digital products are non-physical goods such as software, e-books, music, or videos that can be downloaded or accessed online by your customers. Here's how to create and manage them:
- Access the Products section:
- Log in to your WebAcappella store admin interface.
- Navigate to the Products section.
- Add a new digital product:
- Click the Add Product button.
- Give your product a name (e.g., "Recipe E-book").
- Configure the product details:
- Description: Provide a detailed description of the product (e.g., "An e-book containing 50 dessert recipes").
- Category: Select an appropriate category for your product (e.g., "Digital Books").
- Price: Enter the price of the product (e.g., "$9.99").
- Upload the digital file:
- Click on the File Download option.
- Upload the file corresponding to your digital product (e.g., the PDF file of the e-book).
- Make sure the file is downloaded correctly.
- Availability period: The file will be available for 7 days after purchase.
- Add additional information:
- Images: Download images representing your product (e.g., the cover of the e-book).
- Category: Add categories to make it easier to find your product (e.g., "Recipes," "Desserts," "E-book").
Accessibility of resources and files for your customers Resources are available once the order payment has been validated. This validation is automatic for credit card payments. For bank transfers, you must validate the payment by going through the order manager and setting the payment status to "Payment validated." The customer will then receive a new email with the link to the files.
