Image carousel
The carousel is a very common element on websites. It consists of a series of slides on which you apply your images. Each slide can be customized to provide a smooth and dynamic presentation.
Adding a carousel to the page
- Add a blank Carousel component to your page.
- Import your images: each image will be placed on a slide.
- Organize your slides using drag and drop (add, delete, rearrange).
Customizing slides
Each slide can be configured individually:
- Image properties: adjust the framing, fill, or position of the image.
- Transition effects: choose the type of transition (slide, fade, etc.).
- Display duration: set how long each slide remains visible.
Thumbnails associated with the carousel
The carousel can be accompanied by a row of thumbnails (or vignettes). These thumbnails display the images from the slides and allow for quick navigation:
- Visitors click on a thumbnail to directly display the corresponding slide.
- The thumbnails are automatically updated if you add, delete, or rearrange your images.
- They offer better visibility of the carousel's content, especially if it contains many images.
👉 Result: you get a customizable carousel, with or without thumbnails, that easily integrates into your pages and showcases your images.
