Cookie Acceptance Banners / RGPD

A WebAcappella website does not generate any cookies by default. Therefore, no banner is necessary if you do not integrate any third-party services (analytics, social networks, advertising, etc.).

However, as soon as you use an audience tracking service such as Google Analytics, European regulations (GDPR) require you to obtain visitors' consent before placing any cookies.

That's why WebAcappella now includes a GDPR-compliant cookie consent banner directly in the project settings (Third-party services). Simply enter your Google Analytics ID and the banner will automatically appear on your published website. The tracking script is only loaded if the visitor accepts.

For more advanced needs (multiple third-party services, social networks, etc.), specialised solutions such as Cookiebot or Axeptio are still available and can be integrated via an HTML code area.
