1. Definitions
Software: WebAcappella and associated documents.
Usage: Software installation or execution.
Backup copy: A copy of the software for strictly personal use.
2. Software license
You are buying the right to use the software, not its ownership.
A paid license allows unlimited use over time, without subscription.
Each license is valid for two of the licensee's computers.
Refund and purchase conditions
Given its nature (software), the right of withdrawal provided for distance selling, can not be exercised by it, in accordance with the provisions of Articles L 121-20-2 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
The purchase of a license is therefore firm and definitive, and cannot give rise to any refund.
A time-limited free version is available to test compatibility before purchase.
No resale without Intuisphere's written consent.
Restrictions
A license is strictly personal and may not be shared, loaned or distributed.
Any modification, resale or reproduction of the software or its components (images, text, scripts) is prohibited.
Installation on a shared network requires one license per user.
Transfer and Intellectual Property
You can transfer your license to another computer, but must delete the previous installation.
The site templates supplied may only be used for WebAcappella sites and may not be resold.
3. Liability and warranties
No guarantee of continuous software operation. Make regular backups.
Intuisphere is not responsible for any loss of data or damage arising from the use of the software.
Any violation of these conditions will result in immediate cancellation of the license.
4. Free Software
The free version is unlimited in time and may be freely distributed, provided it is not modified or sold.
5. Contract acceptance
Installation of the software implies acceptance of these conditions.
You must provide accurate information about your identity.
